A college scholarship in athletics is the result of persistent practice, desire to succeed, self-discipline, and positive attitude. Dalton High School football players have earned over three million dollars in scholarships for college education since 1947

Through the efforts of the students, their parents, the school faculty and staff, coaches, the Quarterback Club, and the community, these young men excelled on the field and in the classroom to earn scholarships to colleges and universities throughout the country.
